We use local anaesthetic to anesthetise the area. The location of the injection will depend upon the location of the verrucae. We use anaesthetic to ensure the procedure is completely pain free!
Once numb, we remove any overlying verrucae tissue and puncture the verrucae using a small sterile needle in line with the standard Falknor’s Needling technique. This will encourage the verrucae to bleed and promote an immune response.
Once needled, the area is dressed with a sterile dressing which remains in place for 3-5 days. We offload the area with soft padding to ensure it is comfortable to walk on once the local anaesthetic has worn off.
Simply book an appointment using our online booking system and we'll take care of the rest.
